Can bed bugs swim?

They can swim! Especially in Water Beds.

No, but they can float for long periods of time. In other words, water won’t kill them immediately.

…and it takes a whole lot more than a flush to get rid of bedbugs.

You can flush them, but the bigger problem is that for everyone of them you see there are probably 10 more you don’t see. They are a pain to get rid of.

@lemmy Why don’t I believe that? They bite and it’s irritating but they don’t carry any diseases that I know of. Although that could change. No I’m scaring myself. I’ll stop here.
