How do I put empire total war on high graphics?

It would help to know the specs of your PC but I’m going to guess you don’t have enough graphics memory.

I forgot to add that first. I do not have the disc in the computer because it runs on the steam account alone. And this did not happen about 2 months ago.

I agree with @Lightlyseared but it’s hard to say without more info.

The total war games don’t necessarily have great graphics but they are forced to render a ton of on screen objects at once. If your card isn’t up to the task it’s going to knock the graphics quality down.

Has the game always run on the steam account? If you have an older computer and no GPU, Steam is a hefty burden on your processing.

No. I just lost the actual game.
