How do you remove the list of Questions, Answers, etc from public view?

I don’t want to do it I just want to know how it is done. Sometimes I go to some Flutherites pages whose answers are helpful, to try and find some of their questions to answer. But not everyone’s list of Questions Answers etc. are visible to the public. How do you make the list visible only to you?

Go to your account. Click on privacy settings; there is an option for show your answers to everyone, only people you follow, or no one.

Also on your account page, you can click on the tabs for your answers and questions and choose to “hide on profile” any individual ones you don’t want to show.

I have seen one page where the profile page is amost blank, even the tabs are missing.
