What do I need to bring while applying for a student line of credit (Read description)

I have an appointment this week to apply for a student line of credit. I am not yet registered for this upcoming fall/winter term with my university though. This is because there was a mix up with my student loan in April this year, and I currently owe my school $1500. Because of this they have restricted my online school account, and this is where I would usually access information such as my transcript. I’m not sure what to do, my school tells me that I have to pay this outstanding money before I can even see my final marks for last year or access anything of mine on their website.
