What would be a fair price to charge for rebuilding existing contracts into a computer interactive form?

I have a friend who is the manager of several apartments. They have pages and pages of a contract that her secretaries need to fill out, by hand, for every new tenant. She expressed a wish that it would be possible for them to have to only had to fill out one page, on the computer, and the rest would auto fill. I can do that, but neither of us know what a fair price would be to charge her company.
What do you guys think?
