Which service is better: Beautiful People or Darwin Dating?

Asked by annabee (414points) July 11th, 2013

I would like to hear from someone who got voted in or knows someone who did, if the service is good and which is better or are both the same?

I know beautifulpeople was covered by a few major news networks. That is about it.

Yeah, it is legit. It is exactly as they advertise – you date beautiful people just like yourself. You must have zero imperfections. If there is any sign of imperfection, you’re banned. If you got voted in but don’t maintain the same appearance (like by getting fat), you’re banned. I was already married, but my wife and I signed up to Beautiful-People just for curiosity and an ego boost. We were voted in before 09 when the service was free. Now you need to pay. I have two buddies who use it regularly. I think they pay $75 a month, but it is worth it. They’re frequently coming home with women that are literally a perfect 10 on a beauty level of 1–10, and it is global so you can date all sorts of backgrounds.

Beautiful-People is the original, so it is more popular, has more volume. Everyone else tried to mimic it but failed. I’ve heard of darwin, it might be second in line. I’m sure the service is similar.

Well I was asked to model last year, professionally. I did it for the entire summer, so perhaps the odds are in my favor. I plan to try both services when I turn 18, which won’t be long now. I just wanted some feedback, thank you.

There were and still are millions of people being rejected and banned for being too ugly, so the probably of you getting positive feedback about this service is slim. You will sooner be reading negative feedback from ugly people that were rejected or banned from the website. They obviously don’t handle rejections too well, so just be prepared for that possibility. Good luck.
