Do you watch women's sport?

Asked by Headhurts (4505points) August 4th, 2013

Just flicking through the channels on tv and there is women’s Golf on tv, and women’s Tennis. Do you watch this kind of sport, or do you just watch it if there is nothing else on, or just avoid it altogether?

I watch the athletics, Jessica Ennis is great & just happens to be gorgeous too, an added bonus.
I don’t know what game the women are attempting to play, but it’s certainly not tennis, some pathetic little tippy tappy knock around where they sound like they’re about to orgasm.

@ucme I do love your answers.

@Headhurts I forgot one, women’s triathlon, especially the bike ride in their swimsuits…nice.

Nah. I get to see enough women’s sports every time I watch @ucme try to play football.

Oh, so you were that chubby cheerleader everyone was laughing at @ragingloli
I thought that was you because when your pants fell around your fat arse you did reveal a tiny penis, which was trying it’s best to harden at the sight of all those hairy legs.

I enjoy women’s beach volleyball, soccer (football), and hockey during the Olympics. Other than that, I don’t watch sports on t.v. Except for the NFL’s Detroit Lions. Big fan!

Women’s Volleyball! I also enjoy gymnastics.

No. I barely watch men’s sports. I’ll watch my college football team play, but that’s about it. I find watching sports on TV to be incredibly boring. Baseball and golf being the worst.

Women’s Basketball, great to watch skill as opposed to just being huge.

I enjoy women’s beach volleyball.

Funny you should ask, there’s this female volleyball World Grand Prix tournament going on since Friday, and my pay-TV provider is showing it. I have to say, it’s a pretty fun sport to watch, fast and intense, but not so much that you end up all “dude, WTF is going on?” like in hockey.

Plus, you know, tall chicks in hot pants :)

Women’s volleyball in the Olympics, swimming, diving, gymnastics. The men can do things gymnastically that women can’t do, but women just look so much more graceful doing their moves, and it’s the incredible grace and flexibility I admire, and of course the gorgeous bodies don’t hurt. What’s not to love about this? And I totally agree with @zenvelo regarding basketball.

No. I don’t watch any sports. I do like horse racing, but…only because I love horses. The sport is cruelty based and young animals are broken down being run at too young of an age a lot of the time. I really don’t get the obsession with sports, at all, male or female. Figure skating and downhill skiing are the only 2 things I enjoy in small doses.

I watch women compete in the Olympics.

I watch tennis sometimes, but because my husband turns to it. But, that is true for men’s sports also. It has more to do with the fact that my husband controls the control.

I rarely watch sports really.

I enjoy watching womens soccer. At the professional and world cup levels they still seem to be playing for the love of the game while the men at the same level seem to have that “it’s just a job” attitude; they do not seem to have the emotional attachment that the women have.

@rojo Funny, women’s soccer is probably my least favorite sport to watch.
