Is it true that many people are struggling with their Internet conection?

I’ve been struggling, not to cobect to the Internet, but this “this website’s certificate is invalid…” and some other little issues, all of this on my windows vista pc, and hubby came today and told me that many people are struggling with that, you know something?

I tried Internet explorer, firefox, and safari, same on the three of them…

All Internet servers: bell Rodgers etc. Are slowing down due to a large amount of Internet traffic. The big computer that runs all this is not fast enough so they are slowing down public Internet and giving the speed to big companys that need it. This could explain why your Internet isn’t working correctly.
