Where can I find the old story of Jean Chretien preparing to fight off an intruder with a wooden duck in the 90's ?

Jean Chretien was Canada’s prime minister in the 90’s… an intruder jumped the fence and got passed the one security guard and scared the prime minister of the day… and almost got to the prime minister… Can you link me to the story and a picture of the wooden duck?
