Auto screenshot capture program?

Hello, Im looking for a program that allows auto snapshots of my monitor, which means basically that the program creates a snapshot every set time (5–10-20 seconds or more).
I have tried many “screen capture” programs but, with my great surprise none of them had this feature (and the only one which had wasn’t freeware).
Oh, the program must be freeware…
