Regardless of your statement about lack of ingredients, here is a pancake recipe.

No dice. However, you can make pasta with just flour and water, and a little salt.

You can’t make almost anything without eggs. You could buy pancake mix that allows you to just add water (already has baking powder and eggs in it).

You need eggs. Get the “just add water” Aunt Jemima or whatever and it’s really simple.

The best you can hope for is Crepes which are a close first cousin to pancakes.

Presumably you have some sort of fat which can substitute for the melted butter. But they won’t taste as good as if you used butter.
