@Dutchess_III Leash laws in this community, including cats. I didn’t know that, unbelievable.

I once read in our local paper that they were going to start rounding up cats that didn’t have collars. I wanted to send in, “Can I watch?” Imagine, sittin’ in a camp chair, cooler of beer, watching animal control people chasing cats! Business for the local hospital would have been booming!
