Has anybody here ever thought of requesting a torrent to be uploaded on a website?

This is a follow-up of my previous question. I know some of you do torrent, but in case there’s something you can’t seem to find even on torrent websites, do you want to ask for a torrent file of it to be uploaded on a website?

Depens on what the specific files are, and if I know whom to ask. If someone has created, say, a music album that you can download freely, but is not available as a torrent, I might advice that person to try setting up a torrent to save money and make everybody’s downloads faster.
