I think it is cute (am a female). It’s not necessarily a turn-on, but definitely not a turn-off. It could just mean she’s interested in you but doesn’t know how to proceed. Try to initiate a conversation and make her feel comfortable.

Shy chicks need love, too.

I’m the introverted, kind of afraid of people one. Though I’m told it comes off more as snobby. I’m OK with that, though. Whatever gets me through the motions of my day without having to talk to too many people. Anyway, my partner is the extrovert, and that’s good because he is outgoing enough for the pair of us.
