What are the dimensions, in pixels, of an iPhone 5s screen?

I want to create a wallpaper for my iPhone 4S using paint, it has IOS7 and I was just wondering what the dimensions in pixels would be, for paint?

A measly 960×640, but small enough that they brag about how many pixels/inch they have.
