God how I love mint. There are people who complain that something is a bit too minty, I’m on the other end of the spectrum MORE MINT!!! Can’t get enough of it. Really wish mint ice cream was more common. I don’t like chocolate at all and its pretty much always mint chocolate chip :(

@uberbatman Yes! Mint! We have it growing fresh in our backyard. I love to put it into a wrap with hummus. And I love mint in fresh spring rolls. I can never have too much mint either, but I like it both in sweet dishes and savory dishes.

@Kardamom Only thing missing from that granita recipe is some vodka :P Last summer I made creme de menthe ice cream. Holy yum. Pretty weird feeling drunk after eating an ice cream cone though :P

I love mint, too – half our backyard was covered with it this summer because we knew we were moving soon and let the garden go to seed. Apparently the chocolate mint had been lurking quietly all winter, sending out rhizomes, and then it just exploded in the warm months. We made so many mojitos. You should try growing some, @uberbatman – I lived just an hour or so north of you at the time.

@wildpotato My yard is covered in mint as well. Chocolate mint, peppermint, spearmint, orange mint, apple mint, and pineapple mint….. I have a bit of a problem with mint…. :P

So many yummy things were mentioned already. I can’t choose just one.

I guess at the top are M&M’s and Moussaka, and my favorite cake of all time Mounds cake from TooJays in FL. Mounds bars are good too. But, generally speaking I prefer a meal over dessert.

Mascarpone wins by a landslide, because it is one of the ingredients in tiramisu. Tiramisu is the nectar of the gods.

Also, I like to say “mascarpone.”
