Name to a song ending in '-tango'?

Asked by ilvorangeiceblocks (865points) December 3rd, 2013

A piece I played briefly in my school orchestra, and was also sung (I think) by the choir. I think it might be South American, Argentinian if I’m to hazard a guess? Does anybody have any ideas what it might be? I feel like it has four syllables…

All that comes to mind for me is Ted Nugent’s Wango Tango

That could be a lot of songs. Google is your friend, I think.

Fandango? It’s a Spanish dance style- maybe that’s where the music reference comes in?

Search Astor Piazzolla.

@tups google is surprisingly unhelpful when it comes to tracking down a single song with only ‘tango’, ‘argentina’ and ‘song’ as guides.
