(serious question) How do I do a psych assesment on myself?

I would like to have a free test, like the 500 multiple choice test on mental health that you take when admitted to a psych ward in a hospital. I don’t have confidence in my local doctors and I believe that they are keeping secrets from me. I thought that If I did it on myself then I would know for sure.
