Is anyone here savvy as far emailing pics from an iPhone to MSN hotmail and MSN live.com?

For some reason I m not receiving the pics I been sending to my msn hotmail and http://live.com addresses, before it I was and only thing I can send/receive from my MSN’s to & from my iPhone is plain word email w/ pics. Any input on this matters is appreciated or perhaps any advice as well.
