Are you getting spam emails with titles like "Notice to Appear in Court?"?

I have been getting spam emails on my personal email, with titles like “Notice to Appear in Court” and I don’t open them, but I can see in the first line that they’re all for places I’ve never been (i.e. St. Louis). It’s amusing to me, a new method the spammers have come up with to try to cause anxiety and try to get people to open their email. I am wondering if anybody else has been getting these types of emails.
