How do they do these kinds of things without animation?

This video is absolutely hilarious! From what I’m seeing, they just started with some video of a dog then added the script in. Do you see any sign of computer animation? If not, is it some sort of genius to come up with this kind of thing? And to come up with it in such a perfectly funny manner. I love it!

(PS, I tried to get it to take me to Youtube but I couldn’t get it out of fb…hope you can see it.)

It is not that difficult.
The dog just has some simple and limited lines. Like “what?”. and “whaaaaa”.
The rest is just squeezing some nonsense in between.
