North Korea- how many visitors get the 'fake' city?

I keep hearing stories about the fake mall where the shop girl didn’t know how to ring up a purchase, or the fake IT lab where only one person had a working computer.

What do you think the reality is?

You should watch this BBC programme filmed in North Korea. At the 25 minute mark they film inside a fake North Korean hospital. It is quite chilling.
