How do I avoid having to take my Abilify injection this morning?

I have been prescribed 30 mg of Abilify in shot form. The thing is that its not really doing anything positive for me. In fact, I would say that its making my depression multiplied several times over. I’ve talked to my Psychiatrist about this before and he just keeps it the same. I get the shot in just a few short hours but I honestly feel like I can’t handle yet another month of feeling this way. Its also causing me to feel rather emotionless and flat.
