Is this chicken any good?

That KFC question made me want some chicken, but I don’t want any from KFC. Cuz, gross.
I’ve had small chicken legs and wings in my freezer for like a year and a half. Last year I got food poisoning from eating chicken in a restaurant, so ever since then I’ve been afraid of chicken, which is why those chicken wings have been sitting in my freezer forever. But I think I’m over it now. Except I don’t trust restaurant chicken still, would rather cook my own. But frozen chicken that’s been sitting in the freezer for that long…it’s been conserved and never thawed but…is it still good? How can I tell?
