I went to a climbing park last week. All up in the trees, and you climb from platform to platform. There were several zip-lines in between, too.

I liked it a lot, and I am definitely going again!

I’ve rediscovered crossword puzzles.

I’m spending a lot more time playing guitar, but I don’t have a piano here so it’s a tradeoff.

The car is mothballed in Florida.

Lost my iPhone’s jailbreak until iOS8 comes out.

So I’ve been jonesin’ for something to tweak.

So I’ve been playing tons of Real Racing 3:

I’m qualifying for the upcoming 24 Hours of LeMans.

I’m applying livery to my CHODES/MKUltra race team cars.

Gardening(really picked this up last year but it’s finally warm enough to get into it again.)

Organic chemistry.

Making planters out of Stumps. We had to take out a palm tree and a tree fern, so I started experimenting with boring out a drainable receptacle in the center of the stumps and putting in succulents. Everybody loved them, so I’m going to make some more.

Cooking! I’m mostly teaching myself from the internet. I FINALLY learned how to saute chicken breasts on the stove and have them turn out juicy. And I learned how to cook veggies perfectly and make corned beef and cabbage.

@Haleth Awesome! Keep it up. I always feel like Gustaeu from Ratatouille “Anyone can cook!” It’s really true though. Maybe not everyone can come up with recipes out of nowhere(I’ve been to culinary school and I still have problems with it) but anyone can learn how to follow a recipe and make a delicious meal. The improve will come with time and practice

@dxs Ha! No need. I’ve never had one and never will. I did my own research.

dxs's avatar

@livelaughlove21 That’s what I’ve been doing for over four years! I must not be doing it right…

livelaughlove21's avatar

@dxs Well I don’t claim to know it all, but feel free to PM me if you want any tips. It all depends on what your goals are.
