With XP and IE8 I get the contact us page immediately, not so with XP and Firefox. What happens when you click contact us and what OS and browser you are using?

win7, ff. it goes directly to my email provider and opens a new mail.
If I had outlook/thunderbird, it would probably open that instead.
it is a mailto: address, after all.

@ragingloli thanks.

I just want to correct myself even with XP, IE8 it doesn’t take you to here is our postal address , our tel. number/s, if you want to email so and so… page.

that is because there is no such page.
in fact, the site looks like a 10 year old made it.
in ms word.

I suspected so. I suppose they don’t need the physical address, etc.

Contact Page URL is a mailto, so it doesn’t really direct to a page. I’m on Chrome, Windows 7 and I get sent to my inbox to send an email.

If you go to whois.net and enter the domain (the site address), then you can find out the following, if any of it will help you with contact names, addresses and telephone numbers:

There is no real “Contact” page on the site. If you hover your cursor over Contact, you can read the email address and type it into your email To field, if your email provider isn’t automatically opened by clicking the link.

Thanks all. I was actually trying to detect what causes sometimes an error message that ends with the statement like “go to your _configuration panel….“_
In the detail of my question this the thread I meant to post. I was wondering if anyone else gets the error message.

@dappled_leaves ” If you hover your cursor over Contact, you can read the email address…” feature. What are you using?
