Thank you for taking the time to answer!! @gailcalled i just review the document and I’m not sure anymore if it’s what I meed to do. I want to start my own brand, i wanted to make sure no one could steal the name or anything but copyright seems to only be for work like art, paintings, a book that you wrote and stuff like that :/

Trademarks are handled by the same office in Canada it looks like.

We want to start selling our own clothes, so we have a name for the clothes we are selling.
I know it’s going to start slow but eventually it can be big and we want to cover ourselves @dappled_leaves
