If I'm not logged into Facebook, what happens when I tick "ask FB friends"?

Originally, the feature had you give your FB login info and permission to Fluther and it would automatically post to your FB page thereafter. But the “Ask Facebook Friends” feature has not worked properly for quite some time now – so it doesn’t matter whether you were logged in to FB or not – it won’t post over there.

What those of us who want to share questions on social media will usually do is to just copy the URL from the address bar and paste that to the status message on the social media site. Sorry for the inconvenience, but thanks for sharing Fluther with your friends!
