It would depend on who you are, but I guess you could use extreme repetition. Or flash cards for vocab, you could make an outline of the chapters you have to study over containing all useful information. But what works for me might not work for you, but then again I don’t really study, I make a study guide and then just memorize in the morning before the test-you could try that if your risky.

Get some rest too, so that you are refreshed for the test and not sleepy!

Shady, I suggest that you concentrate on knowing the major topics as best you can, and avoid cramming in trivia. Better to get 80% right and lose some points on trivia questions than spend the time on those but get only 65% right.

Memory works in strange ways. Sleep helps to solidify things. Study a ton right before you fall asleep.

Yea studying before you go to sleep is the best for you is what all my teachers say.

But when I refer to before sleep, I don’t mean staying up at all, I mean going to sleep at your normal time, but just studying beforehand.

I would use flashcards, broad outlines of topics that were important in class (chapter headings and such), maybe draw diagrams for any biological processes or organisms you need to know. And then get a lot of sleep, some protein and caffeine in the morning, and review with your classmates beforehand if there’s anything you’re unsure about. The key is to be well-rested and confident! Whenever I get too stressed out or nervous before an exam I always end up forgetting stuff because I’m too stressed out. So just try to relax. :)
