What is this media server on my Samsung Galaxy 3 and how to get rid of it?

It’s severely draining my battery at 22 percent but not sure how to turn this off. The next biggest offender is Android OS. Any help? I don’t have a lot of apps on my phone except for two.

Did you get this sorted? It may be a couple of things. What apps do you have? Do yo have an SD card? Do you have music files on there? Which Android version are you on?
