Why would the Amish decide not to have an artist's rendering of their younger daughter?

Two Amish girls went missing. They don’t have any photographs of the girls because it’s against Amish beliefs.
However, they agreed to have an artist draw a sketch of the older girl, who is 12, but not of the younger, who is 6.
Why would they do that?
