What kinds of shirts are good for someone busty who needs to dress business casual?

I need to dress business casual, which is new for me. I have large breasts and a lot of the guides say to wear a button down shirt but those look terrible on me (they don’t lay flat leading to gaps).
I never show cleavage, so that’s not a problem but as someone who doesn’t understand fashion at all I don’t get what makes a blouse business casual and what makes it too casual.
