Do you find that you spend on things you usually don’t think of if you have extra cash to do so?

Do you find that if you had extra cash or the means to purchase things, you find yourself doing so? You may thought it would be nice to have, but you do not dwell on it because it doesn’t fit the budget, but if you find that you can fit it in the budget, even if tightly, then you think more about buying it more then when you did not really have the money to do so.
