Samsung Galaxy Mini III phone?

When I go to the internet I have persistent website which I am unable get rid of. Clearing the history does not seem to work and I don’t think I should have applied the view offline function. How can I clear it down and cancel the view offline function?

I have this phone and I think this is a “feature” of the built-in browser. I wasn’t able to find a way to clear all sites from history and there seems to be always one left. It annoyed me so I switched to Chrome instead.
