I sincerely hope that the public recognition doesn’t bother you too much. Like you, I find the limelight uncomfortable. Despite that, the 20K is worthy of public recognition. Others want to celebrate it, some aspire to achieving it, and at a time where Fluther seems to be creeping downward in the internet world, I strongly felt that it deserved a bit of recognition.
You have towed the line and helped others along the way. Please take a minute to rejoice in your contributions.

@tinyfaery Thank you. I had very difficult times while away, but things have started to improve. It’s nice to hear that I was thought about, and I appreciate your words. :) Also, I still feel pretty badly because I’m pretty sure you’re who I was supposed to send the CD full of music to and I never got around to it! Ugh. :-/
Oh, gawd. Of course you would think about that. I was the one that was supposed to get your CD. It was the last thing on my mind when you left.
Man, but still. People weren’t supposed to do than unless they were absolutely sure they could fully participate, and I was all, “Hell yeah! Definitely!” Sigh.
