Change the Fields of Expertise in your profile… and then I’ll answer.

No, it’s a total mystery. You won’t find the information with the most thorough of Google searches, calling your local AT&T Store, or going to an Apple Store. No one tell you. We’re all in the dark just like you.

@pupntaco Thanks. I think???

yea ummm… expensive, more expensive, and most expensive are the flavors of the 3G iPhone

that’s what I’ve heard from a reliable source.

seriously though, the phone may be sold “cheap”, but it’s far more expensive in the long run.

I have a friend who has a nokia N95 with full everything and his plan which is nearly unlimited everything is cheaper than the cheapest iPhone 3G plan… he went to buy an iPhone this morning, when I saw the wreck Apple caused today I called him laughing and told him he’ll be lucky to get it anytime soon.

Well that’s great.

What AT&T does is sign you up and every month you get a surprise bill – it could be .79, it could be $45000, you just never know.

That’s even better!

Want to know the real plans, well I would have called my friend but his phone doesn’t seem to be working .. told him so!, anyways, expect it to range from roughly $60 a month to just under $100 a month.

Worth having your friends breathing on your neck for a day or two and them wanting to play with the new iPhone and having recognition for half a second of your life?

I don’t think so….

Yeah and I also found a PDF from AT&T with the actual plans!!!! I ‘l try and get it to you somehow.

Ah, sorry for the delay, but as promised: AT&T’s rate plans for the iPhone 3G in the U.S., ranging from $69.99 to $129.99/mo.

@dude, you are not an expert nor do you have great knowledge or experience in things dealing with Apple, iPhone, Mac, OS X, etc. gauging from your questions. That’s why I and others have repeatedly called you out on your profile… it’s been misleading and distracting.

That said, if you’d like to put those tag words in your list of Hobbies, then that’d make perfect sense as it is obvious that you are very interested in and have a passion for those subjects.

@pupn, you’re teh funny!

@PupnTaco: Funny thing is that in Australia people really were unable to find rates of Telstra until today, when they entered the store and the iPhones were shoved into their hands… but swimmindude, seriously man…
