Thrift stores often have wonderful warm winter clothes that have been lightly used. If you want to pay more money… there’s always North Face, Columbia and Spyder.

When I can afford it, can’t find better, more stylish, comfortable, warm clothing than at Patagonia.

Just find very high quality four-ply cashmere and don’t wear anything else. Oh, and silk longjohns. Whatever you wear over them will feel good. And they last forever. I wear the ones my mother left behind when she died.
