Are these walkie talkies the same model?

I was comparing several different walkie talkie options on Amazon as Christmas gifts for my nephews. I noticed that some different brands seem to have the same body and very similar model names. Are these the same?

BellSouth T-388

Retevis R-388

no brand T-388

Is it common for different brands to just slap their names on the same models? Is the last one a foreign knock-off?

They look like they’re all the same, and no, it is not uncommon for the same product to have different names depending on the manufacturer.
