What song is this? (bleh)

I recognize the tune from the music playing 25 seconds into this video but can’t remember the name and it’s driving me nuts.

If you listen right at the start of the vid, they’re playing The Sun Always Shines On TV another A-ha tune, on point because of filming in Norway I suppose.
