From where I can buy web hosting in cheap rate?

I want to make a web site for my company. So I need a good but cheap web hosting provider.
If you know someone please inform me.

Dreamhost.com and Bluehost.com get great reviews for Linux hosting.

I needed inexpensive Windows hosting recently and I signed up for SmarterASP.net.

I am a huge fan of https://www.nearlyfreespeech.net/

It is pay as you go hosting. Some months my wordpress blog would cost 10 cents. However, if you get a lot of hits they get expensive fast. But if you just want to test the water I totally suggest them.
