If you had a Muscle Car, which one would it be? What color etc...

Asked by sccrowell (3508points) July 14th, 2008

I have always loved muscle cars. Their beauty, power and performance. Mmmmmmm what a turn on! My grandfather had a 1968 Cuda with a 426 Hemi. My daughter, from age 5 has always dreamed of having a 1964 1/2 Ford Mustang convertible. I myself have had many “Hot Cars” My fav? I’ll give you a hint. It had an LS6 SS 454. If I told you the color, well, that would be too easy. Do you know which Muscle car it is?

I would take a classic Corvette, with a white racing stripe positioned off to the left with a red body. Was your car a Chevelle? My mother had a Viper back in the 90’s but later sold it when she had my brother.

I’ve always been partial to the ‘74 Goat. Great styling. 350ci. Rare find. I had a friend who bought one a few years back and it is one sweet ride.

A black Mercury Marauder

”...everything is black except the 3.5-inch bazooka exhaust tips and the forged Alcoa five-spoke wheels, which are polished to a luster that surpasses chrome and approaches Hall of Mirrors.”

My first car was a 2000 Camaro SS with the LS1 motor. I miss that car. If I could have any muscle car, I would want a Hemi Cuda, or the General Lee (yeah, I know it’s cheesy).

My first car was a 1970 Cougar XR7. It had a 350 V8. Sequential turn signals and vacuum activated headlamp covers. Great looking car. I still opt for the ‘74 Goat but if I could find an ‘70 XR7 I’d be tempted. I think they’d be a little less expensive then the GTO.

1970 Chevelle SS 454, black with white stripes, 450hp in a very comfortable ride. This one will do!

@xxporkxsodaxx and Knotmyday,
As usual, so speaks WTF, with his four favorite words… “I’m Right, You’re Wrong!” With that said, he has me lifting the hood of my 1971 Chevy Chevelle SS which by the way is Red with White stripes on the cowl induction hood.

Alright! I was indeed, mistaken! It is not an LS6, it is an LS5 454…

How he loves to pr
ove to me that he was. Lol! Men!!

Ooppss…
Sorry about the last line, not exactly certain how that happened! I guess I could always ask, WTF? NOT….. Anyways based upon what I wrote, both you are correct. And once again I’m wrong… LOL…
