Does this sound like pneumonia?

I have made a Dr’s appointment.

So I quit smoking 6 weeks ago and have been coughing shit up and that’s good. However, the stuff I cough up is tinged with nasty yellow stuff. It also burns in my chest. I’m tired all the time. I feel dizzy and off balance.
