Why don’t Fluther just pull the plug on the chatroom, lately no one is using it?

Asked by Hypocrisy_Central (26879points) April 28th, 2015

I can’t remember the last time I have seen anyone in the chatroom, no matter what time I logged on. What is the reason Fluther just don’t call it a day and pull the plug on it, they are expecting people to return to using it?

The room was quite active a few hours ago.

Therefore: it has been used lately: there is no reason to pull the plug.

@Brian1946 is right. To boost, he and I are the one who were in the chatroom at that time.

Two to three people? Still worth yanking, put that energy elsewhere.

“Doesn’t” dude.

What energy? Code is written and no maintenance needed. If anything it would take more time to remove it.

@Hypocrisy_Central Where would you direct the energy? Not much, if anything, is being done to this site.

That is the point, i am sure effort can be directed other places, for one, any of the milestone things that are not working or working correctly. Maybe some things I am not aware of, perhaps getting Google from seeing this as some fluffy connent farm, and work on making it a respectable Q&A site.
