How can I get my money back from a unauthorized debt?

PLEASE HELP I CAN’T GET THEM TO STOP SENDING LEADS AND TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!! IN APRIL I HAD SOMEONE FROM REPLY Real Estate CALL ME AND ASK ME TO TAKE SOME LEADS. I WAS TOLD I COULD STOP AT ANY TIME. SO I THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE IT A TRY. I GAVE HIM MY DEBT CARD # AND ASK HIM TO ONLY PUT THE 1ST MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE ON IT AND IF I DECIDED TO CONTINUE I WOULD GIVE HIM A DIFFERENT CARD. THE LEADS WHERE BAD! THE LISTINGS (3) WHERE ALREADY ON THE MARKET AND I COULD NOT GET RESPONES FROM THE BUYERS. I HAVE ASKED THEM OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO STOP SENDING THEM. THEY HAVE TAKEN A TOTAL OF $585. OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. I HAVE TRIED TO TAKE MY DEBT CARD # OFF THEIR WEBSITE BUT I CAN’T. PLEASE HELP

Make sure you put the complaint and all the details in writing. Send by email to the company with a registered mail follow-up. Give the dates you have contacted them and the results of those contacts. Ask for the specific remedy you want: you want the monthly debiting of your account stopped immediately, and you want all the of charges after the first month that you agreed to returned.

Go to your bank with the information. Tell them that you are disputing these charges. Give them a copy of your letter.

You need to do both of these things.
