If hoodlums, thugs, criminals, or whatever you wish to call them, did not know which clerk was armed and which ones were not, they would seriously think twice before attempting a robbery?

If the garden variety, hoodlum, douche bag, chump, thug, criminal, or whatever had no idea that the place they were about to try and rob had a clerk that was armed, do you think they would be so brazen or cocky? It is one thing when you know you won’t be running for your life or ducking fire to keep some clerk from stove topping your head and another thing all together to know there is a good plausibility you may end up in the ER, if not the morgue trying to do a robbery. In all honesty, can you say robberies would not drop like a rotted out tree in a wind storm once word got out on the street that would be robbers got blasted trying to pull a heist?
