Development of baby's brain?

There was a serial on TV about the development children from toddlers to @ 3 years and above. I had seen only a few episodes and have forgotten all about the name of the TV channel, series etc. It was really beautiful. We do not understand how difficult it is for them to learn every development like standing, walking etc. why seemingly they lie etc. It was really explained very nicely and would help the parents for sure.
If anybody can remind me the name and where to get it, I will be highly obliged. It was on Discovery channel I think but could not find it.
