How do I get my amount of e-mails in the mac menu bar?

How do I get my amount of e-mails in the mac menu bar? Is there a special app in the Apple Downloads section or sort of a cheat app?

Ah, this is interesting to me, never though about it!

I never hid my dock because I want to see when the Mail.app badge appears, now I can hide my dock by having the info in my menu bar! Thanks for asking this question!
