Are all the bit torrent sites now infected with viruses or malware?

Pirate Bay use to be one of the go-to sites to get torrents, but it has, as it seem most of the others, infected with viruses and malware. Is there any bitt torrent sites out there that are still clean and usable or are they all useless virus carriers now?
