Is there an easy way to stretch an animated GIF?

Asked by lrk (757points) July 17th, 2008

Is there an easy way to stretch an animated GIF while keeping it animated? (I.e., I have a 32×32 dancing fish; I would love to be able to stretch this to 40×40 while keeping the animation.)

Photoshop can do it. It’s gonna go pixelated, though.

I take that back. Photoshop can’t do it.

ImageReady CS2 will, though.

Are you trying to stretch it for any particular application, like a website/blog or as an attachment, like an e-mail signature?
