Can anyone recommend a book about William Butler Yeats?

Asked by srmorgan (6773points) June 13th, 2015

Somehow I never encountered Yeats in college except for Easter Sunday 1916 and I would like to learn about his poetry. I am looking more for a book about his work, interpretations and commentary, than I am about a work that is solely biographical.

Thanks to all

I’m not familiar specifically with the volume on Yeats but I have found this series to be very well done. It looks like it is expensive to buy but you should be able to find it in a library fairly easily.

Not about him, but you may find parts of this interesting.
